Brake Adjusters

Dear Gurus
Can you please identify my brakes - the first pic shows the rear back plate, and the second the front
Firstly - why do the front brakes have a smaller adjustment hex head? Non standard brakes?
Secondly, when I try and fully tighten one of the rear adjusters (as per manual) it clicks and releases, clearly something wrong - any ideas

Look like standard 10" brakes. I think the replacement series 3 backplates had the smaller nut size.

If it's clicking back, then either your shoes or drums are worn too far, so you need to investigate.
