Evening everyone, I was going to purchase a complete restoration bolt kit from imperial nuts and bolts but their website seems to be down at my end for a week so far.
Is this the same for everyone else?

Their website is: shop.imperialnutsandbolts.com

That's annoying, they had a complete kit which made up 90% of all bolts for a series 2a

Anyone know a good site to get all the nuts and bolts for my 109 station wagon restoration project.

LR fasteners but you will need to speak to Tony Arnold on the phone

The kits are excellent but not cheap

How were others' experiences of Imperial Nuts and Bolts?

I bought a chassis fixing kit and it's a bit hit and miss.  Some key bolts were the wrong length.  Otherwise it's a fairly generic kit and it's not terribly clear for which purposes things are intended.

Unless you are doing a really high class restoration and are worried about getting the right finish on every screw, just buy general packs of UNF fastenings.
Namrick which are based near me do pretty much all you may need and they do mixed packs as well.

I bought a mixed pack then just went through the parts catalogue selecting common sizes and ordered a bunch of them as well. Pretty much everything I needed came from that initial purchase.

LROE are getting very good at supplying original looking sherardized fixings now. I have quite a few for my series one rebuild and they are very nice and cheaper than you may think. I'm sure in time they will put together full vehicle packs.

Vintage LR also do fastening kits but only BSF ones for series ones. Gives an idea of the cost of them though....

Thanks Craig I'll do that and if I need any specific bolts I can get them from LROE.
