The first weekend in December happened to be our annual trip to Whitby for the Krampus run. Luckily my Wife and I both had booked the Friday off so we were able to take the rural route from Pickering to Grosmont via Egton.

We stopped in the Carpark at the Abbey for the weekend (it's free this time of year and motorhomes are allowed)

Thank goodness for our diesel heater and very large battery. It dropped to -7 on Friday evening and we had the heater running for the entire night. Not that Toby minded as he got to hog our bed rather than his bunk!😁

A trip to the brewery and the Esk vaults made for a decent enough beer blanket both evenings.
We called in on Esk Valley Boy of this parish on our way home for a cup of tea and a natter.

Anyways I thought I would share some of our trips and photos of Clive's adventures on here going forwards if that's alright.
