Mine is called Boom because the 300M in the Reg looks like Boom

Mr Major (it was grey)
Deb (after the reg plate)
Rupert (absolutely no idea why anybody would call a 6 pot 109 - Rupert!)

Had a Defender with a rear step which had Vera written on it never knew until I kicked it down one day always know as the Green Defender to us indoors and the Freelander's the Blue one and the Series 2A is the little one probably if that was named it would be Damion as reg has 666 in it but it is so well behaved it's nothing like a beast / devil yet .

When I sympathetically restored mine all of my friends were asking what the name was going to be and "Talullah" just sprung to mind, I have no idea why!

30 years ago we went to view this Landrover and on turning the corner into the yard my wife said you'll have to buy this one, why I said, just look at the reg DSY- 'Daisy' she said.... Oh! I said being reminded of what some of the journeymen called me instead of Davy or David when I was an engineering apprentice, this was after me and one of the girls in the office made daisy chains during the lunchbreak one summer.
So it's been Daisy ever since - the Landy that is.
