3 British icons celebrate their 75th anniversary this year:- Morris Minor, NHS and last but not least (not me) the birth of that great British icon, the Land Rover

I'd add the 2CV, XK120, 356 and Ferrari 166 Inter, subtracting the healthcare funding one myself  :gold-cup .

Not a 75th, but a notable 83rd anniversary - Ringo Starr 83 today  :gold-cup
