I am guessing {not this vehicle in question) but people selling their log books after selling every bit of their unrestorable 2 2A 3 Landy parts to unknown people does not help either as I am sure a few stolen ones go for sale via the new log book and reg plate too

Someone (in here?) offered to take the details but I didn't hear anything else about that one.

I said earlier that I would pass it on to my contact at DVLA that is now done.  We won't hear anymore now
