I am guessing {not this vehicle in question) but people selling their log books after selling every bit of their unrestorable 2 2A 3 Landy parts to unknown people does not help either as I am sure a few stolen ones go for sale via the new log book and reg plate too

Contact DVLA?

I've tried that in the past. They don't seem to have any method to report such things, nor particularly care. Ebay won't remove the listings either, despite being fraudulent.

Someone (in here?) offered to take the details but I didn't hear anything else about that one.
