Travelled back from the camping weekend at Jerveaulx Abbey, the weather was mixed but YOD seemed to go really well. Better than me anyway.  Now need a pair of wiper blades.

Thanks to Gordon and Wendy for organizing

Some poor guy with a jeep turned up, his friend invited him but didn't mention it was a land rover event.
There was an interesting stretched s2.

Is it stretched ?
Could it be a 109 with the bulkhead moved back to the station wagon rear seat position (look at the door). Wonder if it has a big engine under that long bonnet ?

Best drop me a PM with your email address and we can discuss if you want to explore that option.

If its still got its original Series 2/2A gearbox, the number should be stamped on the side of the top selector cover. Ignore any casting numbers etc. A photo of the current incumbent would be useful.

I'll check the gearbox number and revert. What's the cost of a refurbished box and transfer box please?  New to the forum so not quite familiar with the protocol. Can you pm me, or is this ok on an open forum?
