To access the S2C website your username is based on your membership number which is s2c-08614

On joining you should have received a welcome email with the details. Perhaps this has got stuck in your trash or junk mail bin  ???

For further help contact Chris Mortimer our Membership Secretary.

General Discussion / Club site access
Last post by Adstock - Today at 01:25 AM
Hello Folks

I set up my S2C membership last week (20th May) and now trying to access the main site to get at the parts cat to find Brake part numbers, but discovered I have not been sent my Membership number electronically.
Do you know who I can reach out to ?

Regards
Adrian

The front cab area parts are the same for 88 & 109. It's the hoop configuration which changes.

You may well be right. This gives a good indication though of what should be there.

I wish I knew who to credit that table to - I think it was a S2C member in days past.

Probably a silly question but would the series 2a 88 rails fit a series 2a 109, thinking of removing my roof for the soft top, it's just the part that goes above the door that fits to the windscreen, hopefully this makes sense, thanks

Quote from: diffwhine on May 26, 2024, 04:43 PMThe double ended nut would be more period correct, but you have a number of options. The double ended nut is longer than the stud, so always raises queries from people who aren't aware of it (including MOT testers). You can have a single sided nut of the same size, or you can go to the later format which gives you a larger wheel nut but same thread. Less risk of pull through on an old knackered rim.
The following table might help:

I'm not quite sure that table is correct as I understood military series 1's used the single taper type and civilian ones used double tape.
I may well be wrong...

These are the Solihull plates I have.
I'll dig deeper, I may have a tyre wear plate too.

Brill. Thanks chaps. I know they are small details, but might as well begin to collect them.
