Title: British Summer Time
Post by: Oilierthanthou on Apr 01, 2024, 12:14 AM
IMPORTANT REMINDER!
Did you remember to advance the ignition timing of your Land Rover when we put the clocks forward on Saturday night?

This simple procedure is shown in the workshop manual, reproduced below.

Failure to do this may cause your Land Rover to be out of phase with all the other traffic tomorrow morning. :confused

P.S. Remember to put it back again next autumn.

Does that mean you're an hour behind where you weren't in the first place?

Thank you for the reminder, I nearly forgot!

I thought that the Land Rover was running a bit funny this morning, so I'm going to rush out and do it now!

I am only a few degrees out from the Greenwich Meridian, so I don't think any damage has been done.
