I am looking to finally install a Clayton drum heater to my S2.
Can anyone recommend a speed control for the fan, or do you just use an on / off switch?

I would have thought that the standard rheostat might work for the Smiths heater?

If you have not already bought the heater, it might be worth you while to drop me a line by PM. I've got two heaters here - one brand new and one used. Both Claytons and both with screen vent feeds.

Both are for sale!

Many thanks for your reply and offer, I have already bought my heater a few years ago.

I have a Clayton fitted in mine, it has a rheostat switch fitted and it works perfectly.

Standard rheostat switch works fine with them
