I need to get some parts galvanised, tailgate hinges and tailgate catches. Is there a company that will do small batches.  My local galvanisers, Shropshire galvanisers have a minimum charge, expensive for just a few parts.

I want an steel undershield  from my Fiat galvanised, I would be happy to add to yours to ease the minimum cost

I think you'll struggle to find a place that doesn't have a minimum charge.

Combining your parts with others to make a larger batch is probably the answer, or use a third party that process a lot of metal for galvanising like a grit blasting company or fabricator.

That price is interesting, I checked with Hereford Galvanisers ( The Same Group ) a couple of weeks ago and it was £90 plus VAT minimum charge . I am waiting for my cousin  who is a Blacksmith & he has a job on at the moment that will need galvanising & I can add to that when he is finished .

Hmm Medway galvanising down here in Kent has a minimum charge of £250+vat!! (However your allowed up to 200kg)
So I'd grab the opportunity at £90

As others have said ask around for others to bulk out your order and subsidise the costs. The next batch I will want to do I'll plan in advance-

I've just had some done at Wessex Galvanisers near Southampton. 30+ pieces done for £107. Not sure if that includes the VAT since I didn't ask and I've not picked up yet.

When I wanted the strip on my front apron regalvanising my local steel fabricator sent it off with some stuff he was having done.  He tied it to one of the bigger pieces so that it didn't get lost.

Be careful getting any thin or sheet metal parts galvanised. The process operates at over 400 degrees C and will warp parts.
