bulb adaptor for head lights Series IIa 1963

Hello again !
I am actually checking all my electrical components for my 1963 sII a restoration project (french market), and I have notice that I have just one, and not two, original bulb adaptor.
The one I have is a Lucas, Three contacts. I don't know the part number ? (the one in the parts catalogue seems quite different..)
I will be very grateful if you have any clue where I could get the second same one ? NOS...or used one.
I am also looking for these strange contacts...
For the wire, it is ok, I have already found good reproduction ones.
