Tub seal retaining strip

Good evening, is there any difference in shape/profile between a Series 2 and 3 tub seal (the one that goes across the bottom) and the profile of the retaining strip. I am in need of one and, before I purchase a generic one, was wondering.

There's a difference between the top and bottom one, don't know about 2 or 3 though
