I have my new painted Robert Owen bulkhead, and will need a full set of grommets. Does anyone do a kit?
Ok if I fire off a few other Qs here, or should I keep them as separate subjects?

No kit.
You need to identify the sizes you want and then order from the parts book. Look in the electrical section for Cables, Clips & Electrical Connectors.

Best keep questions separate to avoid confusion and if its a technical query, you will see the right subjection to post in. Easier to search in the future then.

Hi,

No kits available unfortunately, and buying using land rover part numbers gets expensive.
I can highly recommend Grommets ltd uk.

They are a family run uk based company and sell pretty much every type of grommet you can think of.

I know of no such kit, might be something Rob Maude of LR Optional Equipment might be interested in, or at least have a list ???

Trouble, it's hard to know which holes are OE and which are PO holes, if dealing with a 2nd hand bulkhead.

I would have thought that a good imperial grommet kit with a range of sizes should do the job ???

Obviously, some are blanking grommets and some are wiring grommets, and different bulkheads even if original will require different grommets.

It takes time, but I measure the internal diameter of the holes I wish to fill, then go to an online grommet supplier and buy the needed quantity of each.

I have used cable glands in some of the grommet holes.

I think you mean the external diameter of the holes. ???

This one could run and run...

What is the definition of a hole?
Do you measure the diameter of the air gap or the diameter of the metal to metal points?
If a hole is a hole, then surely it depends on the above to determine if you are measuring the internal or external diameter?

Personally, I'd just measure the diameter of the hole and not try and work out if it's an internal or external measurement for fear of my head exploding.
