I just came across a video from Double Zero Garage on YouTube, referring to the recent survey.
It seems to suggest that the FHBC has proposed an enhanced, one-off test for rebuilt or modified historic vehicles, in place of the IVA.
Am I reading this right, or does anyone have any further information on the topic?
