Tyre Replacement

Does anyone have any suggestions on what tyres to put on instead of these?

It's mostly going to be used for on road stuff. Some light dirt tracks but nothing serious.

They're listed as 7.5 - 16. I'm going to clean the rims up!

Presumably they're tubed rims by the looks of them.

They are. Forgive my ignorance but does that mean I cannot fit tubeless tyres to them?

Yes. There's no lip to stop the tubeless tyre coming off the rim in the event of deflation and of course they're not airtight.

What's your budget? Cheapest 7.50x16 crossplies are about £100 per corner, decent radials are getting on for £200 a corner. Use search function for the numerous bun fights on tubeless tyres fitted to tubed rims with inner tubes
