All too often people are only too happy to complain but not too keen to praise good service. Well, I've just had very good service from Bulldog Wheel Clamps.
Recently the lock has been spinning round now and again and on their FAQ page it's down to a plastic cap which holds it in place. The cap on mine broke some time ago and I thought nothing of it. I phoned Bulldog this morning to buy a couple of caps and they very kindly are sending me a couple foc. I bought the clamp in 2019.
Praise indeed.

2 plastic caps arrived yesterday. They're a tight push fit so I dabbed a few drops of superglue on the lock surround first. This should hold it but not make it difficult to remove if necessary.

It's nice to hear when customer service is still a thing in this world in which we live. It's a small thing but goes a long way to using them again and well, just making things feel better. Or is that just me?

It's rare to hear nowadays but good to hear that there's still companies out there that care about their customers. I'm sure a lot of us will look at bulldog now if we're in the market for wheel clamps. Thanks for sharing Alan.

I rang Emberton earlier today to order a brake light switch. There was no reply so I decided to ring tomorrow. About 4.45pm Emberton phoned me
Another example of excellent service.
