Bikini canvas top

Looking for advice on Bikini hoods. I have the heavy duty hood sticks has someone got one fitted to these? I have contacted the usual suppliers and there advice is it should fit.
Also looking for advice on which supplier to use?

What are heavy duty hood sticks on a 2A , never heard of the term except on TUL/TUM  MoD vehicles ?

Pureley Metal sell them.  Rob Stanyers land rover that was sold at auction at the NEC had a set..  They are not to be confused with a roll bar

Thanks, I wondered if it was a LR option I have managed to miss over the years.

They are very good too! They give some upper body structure and provide mounting points for the seatbelts.

Mike, have you seen the picture on the purely metals website that Peter linked to above?
That shows a bikini roof fitted to a set of HD sticks. I'd assume it's a standard bikini hood?

Doesn't look like the rear of the hood sits quite right, as on standard sticks, the rear of the bikini hood points downwards more, but does it fit? Looks like it 👍
