Oil bath filter without oil

The Grenadier has discs and no oil-bath. It do put me right off.

Oilyrag921, I have read your posts on the S1 forum about looking for an engine.  If you are free on Saturday the 6th of jan get across to the workshop meet at Leafsprung Landys, you will pick up loads of advice there from S2 club members and also some folk like John Robinson who drive modified S1s  (John is a member of both clubs but runs a very nice S1 109)

Good point DW. I usually mix creosote with Essex black.

Creosote is one of those evocative smells, like treacle tart, love it!
