Wiper motor wiring

Sorry but can anyone help , the motor wires are red, yellow and green, my wires are green, red and green and green and brown , what colour wires connect to what, any help would be much appreciated also should it be earthed, many thanks

You appear to be missing the plug that goes into the self-parking switch.





Some are black nylon, some are white nylon. The wires from the wiper switch (in their little loom) plug into the plug.

Has more wires than you need - just don't use the spares.

The 3 wires from your motor body show you have a 2-speed wiper motor.

This diagram shows the connections.



Doesn't matter if these 3 (brush) wires are different colours to what I/we have in the forum/website pictures. You can work out which wire is which by looking at the brush plate in the motor.

From the diagram you should be able to connect the wiper motor to the switch.
