Did Series LR come with metric threads

The 2 bolts holding the heat shield on the manifold, rear of the carburettor are UNC.

Yep! Just had to extract a snapped one from my manifold, and recover the thread.

I think the bell housing studs are unc where they screw into the flywheel housing, with unf threads for the nuts.
