Help with rear view mirror identification

Could someone help identify the mirror in the photos please. It came off the top windscreen rail of an early series 2.
Can't make out the markings on the back. The fitting seemed perfect for a series 2 - or is it a generic item ?
Hopefully my Landrover should be sold next Sunday, after that will be selling 100+ spares. Like this mirror there are a few things that I can't identify. Thanks in advance.

I'm sure this is what we called an "overtaking mirror" and use to be fitted on the outside of the door frame at about eye level.
Totally unnecessary on a Land Rover I'd imagine. 
Well, certainly on my 2.25 diesel 109.
