Paint suppliers

Hello,
I'm looking for a 1 litre tin of Landy Mid Grey Synthetic Coach Enamel paint(LRC 008) - last time I bought it was from Bill the Paintman, I understand he doesn't do it now - I have looked on-line & the "going Price" seems to be about £35 to £40/ltr including delivery.
Who would you recommend & is this price about right?
