Yes I do wonder what happens when organisations like the Post Office are fined.

My guess is the fine goes into some central Gov't fund.
But as Alan Drover suggests money would be better spent improving the service.
Same with Water Company and NHS fines.
Your fined (x) Millions, that sum has to be used to improve the service that brought you before The Court.
Sounds simple enough. However . . .
