LR Optional Equipment problems?

I was just wondering if anyone had heard of any problems with LROE please.

I purchased an item over a week ago through their Ebay shop and they took my money
okay but since then I have heard nothing.

Usually I have a message saying that the item is being posted and/or a tracking number
but they haven't even acknowledge the purchase.

I've sent a message and received no response, Ebay have messaged them as well to no avail
and so reluctantly I've had to open a case against them.

I thought I'd just ask here in case someone was any wiser.

Many thanks

Graham.

I also waited almost a month for some fixings. I guess they are really busy. They informed me about a delay maybe a week after I had purchased the bits on eBay but then stayed quiet.
Ideally they'd give more info, but I'm happy that they exist at all and supply some good parts so I kept quiet and didn't nag them. They seem to be mostly a one-man show.

I ordered some bits and pieces from them a few weeks ago but the parcel arrived within a few days. There was no acknowledgement of order or any emails to say the parcel was on its way, it just turned up!

Many thanks for all the replies.

I guess I've got too use to acknowledgements straight away and receiving the parts, or whatever, within days.

I'll just sit tight and let Ebay sort it.

Thanks Nathan, I thought he was a member but would rather not go that route as well in this instance.

Many thanks

Graham.
