SII - REAR BENCH SEAT - UNDER SEAT BASE FRAME METAL PLATE CHANGE

See the photos - Does anyone know when Land Rover change the SII REAR BENCH SEAT UNDER SEAT BASE FRAME METAL PLATE from Wide to Thin ?

Thanks

Craig T

I had bench seats in my series one and they were the narrower plate design. I believe they are series one seats as they are galvanised and have the hooks to go under the cappings and the series one rear tub has very low sides when compared to later series 2 models.

My 1967, 109" station wagon also has the folding rear benches with the narrow plate and they are definitely the original seats.

I should of said the Narrow & Wide Plate is from SII SWB Rear bench seats and both have the Hook Plates bolted on the rear of the vertical sides which fits under/into the Tub Side Capping's.
