How does the idea of a 2025 Calendar sound, using the winning photos from the Photo of the Month competition? I am sure the printers of the B2L magazine could do it and iy could raise a small profit for the club.

Or we could recreate some classic Land Rover photos from the past. I'm sure my other half would be up for redoing this one...

Minus the poor trigger finger discipline.

Either way, its probably too late for 2025 given that its almost upon us and the Dunsfold 2025 Calendar has just been launched.

I think we need to gauge interest before jumping in with both feet on this one. For the club to do it, it needs to cover its cost and when you factor in volumes, distribution etc. as well as time spent on it, it can all work out a lot more than expense and hassle than envisaged.

I absolutely do not want to put a dampener on this idea, but perhaps we run a vote on here in the New Year on likely interest and whether or not it should be done as a charitable exercise as well?

We did used to do this - I seem to recall having the 2014 POM (Picture of the month) calendar on the wall in my garage - only because mine is in it!  :cheers-man

Back then it was certainly a very basic offering, not sure how good the take up was on them, but perhaps something to reconsider  :cheers-man

I think it's a nice idea, perhaps getting pre-orders and payment up front and confirming numbers reduces the risk of a loss

Beachcomber cards do a Land Rover calendar for £9.99 on ebay.

James, I think you might have to take your other half to North America, if you want to recreate that photo.

Good excuse for a holiday too. 😉

Quite a few of my neighbours have rifles, funnily enough but I take your point  :cheers-man

Just noticed she was holding a gun ...oh and there's a Land rover in the picture as well.

The last time it was tried the club lost money on the deal
