Door top grommets

I have Series 3 door top frames on my series 2, I have the series 2 catch at the top. Has anyone found a square grommet ( if that's a thing) where the series 3 latch would be ?

I've seen original ones before, made by land rover themselves for blanking the hole if you bought later door tops for the 2A setup.

no idea what part number or anything, but they do exist, so I hope that helps a bit....
