New door window glass looks odd

Hi all

I just got my new galvanised door tops - already pre glazed from SP panels.

Looked well made and fitted first time without any bother -- very pleased

However, when I look at one of pieces of glass it seems to have what looks like water marks in the glass. This is not on the surface as I have cleaned several times with everything I can think of. The other 3 door windows are also without problem.  I have tried to show you what this looks like in the photo below (you may have to enlarge a bit to see what I mean).  It's all very odd -- has anyone had a similar experience or knows what this is?
Thanks
Steve

No idea what it is for certain. A thought though....could the glass be laminated (no idea if this is likely) and the lamination process has failed?

I had 4 windscreens cut at a local glass shop for myself and a buddy, one of them had what looked like bubbles in the inside laminating, they gave us another one no problem.
Side glass in a automobile also has to be either laminated or safety glass, so there likely is a flaw on the inside of the glass.

I have found when you have laminated glass cut for the door tops the edges of the glass is not "sealed" and after time water or damp cheaps in between the glass sheets and looks not right
