Forward control Chassis number location

As the title says does anyone know where the chassis number is on a 2B Forward Control?

I have a 2B parts book in my store which should have the chassis number location in it, if nobody else chimes in beforehand. Let me know and I'll go over and dig it out.

- on the right hand front suspension bracket

Unfortunately the chassis plate is missing on this vehicle

Not quite true, some have it stamped on the inside of one of the rear spring hangers

My SIIA /SIIB parts book only mentions the Bulkhead plate for Vehicle and Chassis no.

This ex SADF 11B has the chassis number stamped on the off side front spring mount.

Mine's on the right hand front spring hanger, like riedland's. In the Netherlands, the government does not care about the VIN plate btw.

Nor do they in the UK as it is not permanently fixed to the chassis.

Unfortunately the chap who has approached me doesnt know the chassis number
