OT Series 1 for sale at Dutch Marktplaats

Not a S2 or S2a, so I thought I put it here in stead of in the For sale section: on Marktplaats (literally: marketplace) I found this rag top 1956 Series 1 for sale. Looks quite decent, I think, and has RHD, reason why I'm posting it here. Barn find, petrol, 33.497 km (some 21,000 miles), spent almost its entire life in a basement in the South of Portugal. Running condition, but has a leaky fuel tank. There is an English translation of the description. € 18.500, £ 16,000. River House Mini, the seller, restores and sells classic Minis and (not so classic) Defenders.
