Just looked at my other 2a plate, which had been identified as a Mid 64 2a, by S2 forum members.
Thinking it must be early to mid 64 maybe?

I happen to be making one of my weekly trips to Gaydon today to check factory records and improve the club database. I'm happy to look both up for you. 7403 is a Sep/Oct 1964 RHD CKD 88" petrol. 6219 was built in the first half of 1964 and is also a RHD CKD 88" petrol. If you could message me with the engine numbers maybe, I'll reply at the end of the day.

My Feb 66 build 88" is a C suffix 🤔

If it is a CKD then there won't be much information at Gaydon.

Also there is often a discrepancy  between the date the kit was put together and the actual assembly date

Could be lower case b.
