Mine arrived today and I've enjoyed it thoroughly. Andy's article on D-Day commemorations was indeed poignant and sobering. Thankyou to all contributors.

I have to agree, excellent piece by Andy on the 'D-Day Tour'.
Also the Rally article was very enjoyable, do I spot a Rover 100 or a P4 there ?

A 110, have you become a boy racer?

Wittsend, was it the 105S that was equipped with twin carbs and does your 110 have overdrive?

Yes, mine has overdrive.

I'm not sure, both the 95s & 100s might have had the twin SUs  ???

Just looked it up.
My 110 does have the Westlake head and is good for 132 bhp.
Will cruise all day at 70 mph.

OOoo 110, I nearly said 90 !
You know I have a confession. About 10 years ago I was offered a P4, fair condition. The owner a friend of my Dad's wasn't using it anymore and offered it for £800,
the price he had just paid for a new interior. I had nowhere to keep it and could not justify the purchase so reluctantly declined.

Another brilliant edition of B2L, and the photography is amazing  :gold-cup

I particularly enjoyed the article "Take the power back". About the Trans-Africa Series II, the writer thought that many would "cringe" at his decision not to paint the newly rebuilt engine, well I thought it the right decision, and for the same reasons, in its refurbished and unpainted state, the engine matched the vehicles exterior, which still had all the history of its African adventure proudly on display.
