I've noticed the forum running slowly at this time of day. Both initial opening and moving between topics takes much longer than at other times.
Is it really due to our diminutive friends all heading to the canteen together?

That's it - they need a break and it's written into their contracts.

You will notice that the forum runs real slow between about 13:10 to 13:30
Seems to happen every day.
I can't think of another reason why the server slows down,

I've added some logging to the server to see if we can fix this, I've noticed it too ...

Where is the server? If it's US based then the links between countries get busy when the awake.

Our server is based in the UK in a safe place.
