Doesn't look too bad, I've seen a lot worse, you can get a repair panel to replace the whole bottom section, won't be able to tell it's been done from the front.

thats an easy repair with the correct bottom repair panel.

done quite a few myself, way worse than that one

they're pretty strong honestly, the one in my pictures was still on a vehicle on the road until a few years ago, I bought it for the radiator....still amazes me when I look at it.
