Hi

I wondered if anyone had any recommendations for couriers for LR doors?

TIA

Not the cheapest but I cannot fault Parcel Force for service.
You could try Collect+ or Parcel Monkey for comparing couriers.
I did use Hermes/Evri some time back to collect a Discovery Qtr chassis from Devon to Liverpool.
They initially failed to collect but managed on 2nd attempt and where quite good overall.
Whoever you use, describe as accurately as possible, wrap well and address clearly providing contact numbers. Leave nothing to chance.

It doesn't matter who you use - it's down to you or your supplier in wrapping and well protecting the "items" from damage. With doors presumably you don't want any dents or damage to the edges or glass, if fitted. Packing in a tailor-made wooden create would be the answer.

If you can drive and pick them up its worth it for the peace of mind that you know you are going to get them back undamaged.
Not sure what doors you are getting but if it is something that is difficult to replace and as Wittsend said it needs to be in a plywood box and labeled accordingly.
I bought a NOS wing skin delivered by Parcelforce which clearly had been stood on in transit.
I returned the wing but had to describe it as not a car part, a lot of courier companies do not entertain body panels or insure them so if you are buying privately and need to return you could have problems.
I got my money back as it was a business.
