Classic car insurance short period

Is there such a thing as having a classic car insurance policy short term taking one out for 2-4months?
If so what companies have members used?
Or is it better just doing it for a year in terms of value

For the low price of classic insurance, I'd buy full term and cancel if need be. Short term changes the risk profile, so they might start asking awkward questions.

Many firms now have a minimum charge for insurance cover ,so short term cover becomes uneconomic. I have just added another motor cycle to my existing Classic bike insurance and it cost nothing, as the two still dont add up to the minimum premium.
