Recommended Defender forum
« on: August 29, 2021, 05:42:54 PM »

My Land Rover addiction is getting worse and worse… it seems to be spreading quickly and doesn’t seem curable :-)

After having bought 2 series 2a’s, I have bought a Defender 110 Puma, which I intend to run as a daily driver (and get rid of my Volvo XC90 that’s currently fulfilling that function).

I was wondering whether you guys had a defender forum to recommend, that came close to this one but for Def?

I can already tell I am going to need help as it’s not as straightforward as a series to maintain.

Cheers

There is a few of us over there who have defenders too, it's a really good and useful mine of information.

Also can recommend defender2 forum. Similar ethos in many respects to this forum…helpful bunch, and very rarely any aggressive postings.

Also a member of the defender2 forum but turn off the java script to get rid of the annoying slide up advert from the bottom of the screen
which comes up on every page you load.

I see Riverama is now on Def2 and posting.

It is a good forum but being taken over by the new "Defender" rather a lot these days.

Each to their own.....

Martin did set it up for the ‘new’ Defender, I think I took longer to materialise than expected😄
