(These are large files, so they may take time to download.)

Some have reported problems downloading these .gpx files into the OS Maps app.

Here are the re-worked files which hopefully should upload (they did for me).

Is anyone else having trouble importing the GPX Files into OS Maps?

I was involved with producing them, and have checked by downloading the files from this website. They worked for me.

OS Maps doesn't seem to like 3 out of the 4 files for me.

Could well be their website. Will report back.

If it's the 'Green Lanes' gpx, it could be because there are a lot of routes on it (78). Suggest you ignore that one and concentrate on the other three - which give the three routes for the rally.

I've tried again using OS Maps.

I can still only load one of the files. It doesn't like the others.

Do you have an OS Account? Can you check?

No I don't have an OS account - I tried it for a while - couldn't get it to work to my satisfaction!

It works on Memory Map (I don't have that one) and Garmin Base Camp (which I do have).

Which one works for you - I'll do some investigating.

I managed to get the LR Rally BANES E 220504 .gpx file into my OS app.

The other .gpx files wouldn't up load.

What should the filenames be changed to ?
Something shorter and simpler would be good

I cannot replicate the problem, but according to Google, there have been some problems with the OS app.

Those dashes might be the problem - I don't know what criteria OS needs for file naming - if that is the problem.

All the files open OK for me - I have downloaded the files from the club forum.

I can convert them (using gpsbabel) to another format? Any requests for file extension - I'll send them to Alan or James direct.

... although the OS error message I'm getting implies they are having uploading problems at their end

Will keep trying over the next few days.
